Departure from O’Hare. A geek-stop for a second, playing the kiosk from HP showing their new TouchSmart all-in-one PC with a touch screen built-in. It works pretty good and shows a series of large panorams from gigapan.org.

Making a natural-edge bowl

Last time, I was just started making a natural-edge bowl. Here’s below the log once trimmed a bit with the band saw. After finding the center of the piece, it can be placed on the lathe. (from Bauhaus Woodshop, http://www.lf.org/bhai2000).
