Fujifilm X-M1 impressions

Fujifilm X-M1 impressions

I got the Fujifilm X-M1 recently before a trip. While processing the pictures, I just wanted to post a few examples that let me impressed by its performance considering the small package. This is used with the kit lens 24-76mm in 35mm format equivalent (XC 16-50mmF3.5-5.6 OIS). The lens is optically stabilized which seems to help, but I’m impressed by the dynamic range (in RAW format) and by the level of noise: see the laundromat picture at ISO3200 and the last one with the blue skyscraper at ISO2000, both hand held.

The only drawbacks I’d cite for now is in the user interface, software or some buttons (maybe I’ve been shooting Nikon for too long) and the screen which is hard to see in sunlight (but otherwise its articulation and quality are fine).
